ORDERS
We accept faxed or emailed orders and consider them original orders. Please
include the contact name, company, or organization/event address, phone
number, and the style number from our catalog.
REORDERS
Please include contact name and number.
Also include one of the following items: a copy of the original artwork
or past invoice number.
PAYMENT METHOD
A 50% deposit of the total order is required. For orders under $500, prepayment
in full is required.
PROOFS
It is the policy of Jazzy Sportswear to send paper proofs, at no charge
for every order (unless blank merchandise). It is your responsibility
to approve the paper proof in a timely manner. Approved, signed paper
proofs must be received in house via fax. Customer is responsible for
any and all errors that may have been overlooked on a signed approved
paper proof. All proofs must be approved within a reasonable time from
ship date, to prevent delay in production. Production time for producing
an order will start after Customer Service has received the written approval
of proof.
CHANGES
Corrections/additions to merchandise ordered are accepted prior to production
only. Corrections to embroidery tapes cannot be made after tapes have
been produced without additional charge.
Production time is 10-15 working days. Reorders are 10 working days. For
high end products, please call, fax or email your request to Customer
Service.
SHIPPING METHOD
Please specify deadline use date and the appropriate method of shipping
to meet your deadline. If shipping method is not specified on your order,
Jazzy Sportswear will use its judgement in determining the carrier or
method to meet your deadline. The Client is responsible for all shipping
costs.
DROP OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS
To expedite orders, typed labels must be supplied for all locations; each
location should have a physical name. No mail boxes please!
ELECTRONIC ART REQUIREMENTS
For one color print,
send in EPS file. Multiply color print with separation highest resolution
in EPS file, PC Based Adobe Illustration 9.0 and lower, Photo Shop 6.0
and lower.
